LOST / STOLEN DEBIT CARD
In most cases, you will not be held liable for unauthorized use of your Debit or ATM card if you report your card lost or stolen in a timely manner. Let us know immediately if your card has been lost or stolen. During normal banking hours, please contact our Customer Service Center at (276) 963-3000 ext. 240, to report your lost or stolen card. If you discover your card missing after hours or during a weekend, please call 1-800-554-8969 U.S. and Domestic, or + 973 682 2652 International. Please have the following information available:
