Qualified candidates for this position will bring 5-7 years' experience in the banking industry, Jack Henry core systems application management experience as well as project leader experience. This position requires a self-guided and team-oriented individual who is willing to work collaboratively with our IT Manager and Controller to drive continuous improvement projects.

Our Retail Operations staff provide professional, courteous and efficient services to our customers, and are responsible for accurate and confidential financial transaction processing. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to provide a superior level of customer service and problem solving skills, able to work well in a team environment and able to manage time and tasks well. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior banking experience a plus. The candidate must possess basic computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
