Kayla has worked for First Sentinel Bank since January 2022. She helped open our Princeton Branch and then was our first employee placed in our Management Trainee Program. After the program she was Assistant Branch Manager at our Bluefield location and now is back home as the Princeton Branch Manager. Kayla has 12 years of management experience. She has lived in the bank’s footprint her entire life which makes her feel as though she is a true definition of our motto “Local people serving local people”.
