Current Openings

Retail Operations Associate – Bluefield Branch (P/T).  This part-time (29 hour per week) position is responsible for providing front-line support to our branch operations, including processing account transactions and providing general customer service at our Bluefield location.  Some of the responsibilities of the Retail Operations Associate include:

 

  • Provide Retail Operations support to assigned location including customer service, cash handling, compliance reporting, and other tasks as assigned;
  • Provides a complete range of customer services at the Bank, explaining available Bank product and service features and benefits, and gathering customer information to set up new accounts and process updates or maintenance on existing accounts.
  • Participates in sales, service and product training meetings.
  • Supports special retail operations and branch projects as requested.

 

The ideal candidates for the Retail Operations Associate position will have solid experience with cash handling and customer service, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, ability to problem solve, and ability to work well within multiple team environments.  Previous banking experience preferred.

 

Retail Operations Associate – Richlands Branch (F/T).  This full time (40 hour per week) position is responsible for providing front-line support to our branch operations, including processing account transactions and providing general customer service at our Richlands location.  Some of the responsibilities of the Retail Operations Associate include:

 

  • Provide Retail Operations support to assigned location including customer service, cash handling, compliance reporting, and other tasks as assigned;
  • Provides a complete range of customer services at the Bank, explaining available Bank product and service features and benefits, and gathering customer information to set up new accounts and process updates or maintenance on existing accounts.
  • Participates in sales, service and product training meetings.
  • Supports special retail operations and branch projects as requested.

 

The ideal candidates for the Retail Operations Associate position will have solid experience with cash handling and customer service, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, ability to problem solve, and ability to work well within multiple team environments.  Previous banking experience preferred.


Retail Operations Associate – Floating (F/T).  This full time (40 hour per week) position is responsible for providing front-line support to our branch operations, including processing account transactions and providing general customer service.  This is a travel-based position requiring regular travel between our various branch locations on an as-needed basis.  Some of the responsibilities of the Retail Operations Associate – Floating include: 

  • Travels to all First Sentinel Bank locations to provide Retail Operations support as needed at each assigned location.
  • Provides a complete range of customer services at the Bank, explaining available Bank product and service features and benefits, and gathering customer information to set up new accounts and process updates or maintenance on existing accounts.
  • Participates in sales, service and product training meetings.
  • Supports special retail operations and branch projects as requested.
  • Support operational departments with assigned projects as requested.

 

The ideal candidates for the Retail Operations Associate-Floating position will have solid experience with cash handling and customer service, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, ability to problem solve, and ability to work well within multiple team environments.  Previous banking experience a plus.
